  Horribly rude staff, run down rooms, and to top it off, they just randomly charged us a fee for no reason with no explanation given. I wasn't able to reach anyone at the hotel that could explain what the charge was for ($250??? why???) so I had to get it reversed through the credit card company. Worst experience EVER and I still don't know why they would do something this stupid and think they could get away with it.
