07/21/2009The room seemed dirty. they were trying to defrost the freezer in the refrigerator and there was water all over the carpet. not enough towels or soap. no shampoo. crappy ...
The room seemed dirty. they were trying to defrost the freezer in the refrigerator and there was water all over the carpet. Not enough towels or soap. No shampoo. Crappy breakfast, but at least they had something. Would not stay again.

My daughters recently stayed two nights at Key West Inn in Foley, Al. The furniture and decor could have stood to be updated but the room was clean and comfortable enough. We had one slight problem with the shower. When I called the front desk to inform them we had a problem they offered to move us to a room upstairs or we had the option of using the bathroom of the room next to us (which was vacant) and staying where we were. The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping, eating, and only a few miles from the beaches in Gulf Shores. The front desk help was friendly and helpful. We will surely stay there again.

Do not stay here if you have children. It is a low quality hotel, With hard beds, Poor working AC's, and if room is not completely clean when you check out, They will try and charge you a $100 Penalty Fee. And i mean no crumbs on floor, no dirt in sinks or tub, nothing. Or they will charge you $100.

Our reservations stated 2 kids 2 adults. We got there and they had us down for 2 adults. The key would not work to our room. After management trying 5 or so times decided the lock was broken and they had to give us another room. The bathroom was dirty and there was 2 roaches on the floor. The pool was dirty and a light was broken. The sheets and bedding caused my little girl to itch and caused a rash. You had to park far away from your hotel room.

04/06/2008Stay was great, rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. tv, refrig, microwave etc... would not hesistate to stay there again. staff was extremely helpful when making reservations ...
Stay was great, rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. TV, Refrig, Microwave etc... Would not hesistate to stay there again. Staff was extremely helpful when making reservations for 10 rooms.
